About us
Recon is short for reconstruction
Summit Recon builds and rebuilds homes. When damage turns your house upside down, we put it back together: framing, drywall, tile, floors, cabinets, paint, and every finish in between. And when you're ready for a new kitchen or bath, we bring that same experience to your remodel.
Our owners, Adrian Bertini and Matthew Blanco, were both born and raised in San Antonio. This is our hometown — we grew up here, we live here, and we build here, and we treat every house like it's on our own street.
We're intentionally small. That means fewer handoffs, faster answers, and a crew that takes personal ownership of every project. When you call, you talk to the people doing the work.
Today we serve San Antonio, Austin & surrounding areas, and most of our work comes from neighbors recommending us to neighbors. We'd like to keep it that way.
What you can count on
The owner is on your job
We're a small team on purpose. You won't be handed off to a sales rep, then a project manager, then a crew you've never met.
Damage to done, one team
Reconstruction and remodeling under one roof means fewer handoffs, fewer delays, and one point of contact from start to finish.
Insurance work, handled
We document everything and speak the adjuster's language, so your claim covers the full rebuild — not just part of it.
Born and raised in San Antonio
Both owners grew up here. This is our hometown, and our reputation is built one home — and one neighbor — at a time.
